Pick ups and drop offs for boarding must be completed between our opening hour for the day, and 4pm. (7am-4pm Mon-sat, 1pm-4pm on Sun). We do allow later checkouts, however there will be a fee for late arrival. If your pup is receiving a departure service after boarding, there is no late check out fee if they are picked up after 4pm. For dogs under 2 years of age, we require all series of vaccinations to be completed. According to the American Veterinary Medical Association, “Vaccinations protect your pet from highly contagious and/or deadly diseases and improve your pet’s overall quality of life. Experts agree that widespread use of vaccinations within the last century has prevented death and disease in millions of animals.Very young animals are highly susceptible to infectious diseases because their immune systems are not yet mature. To provide the best protection against disease during the first months of life, your veterinarian will recommend a series of vaccinations, usually 2-4 weeks apart. For most puppies and kittens, the final vaccination in the series is given at about 4 months of age. Your veterinarian may adjust this schedule based on your pet’s circumstances and needs. ” For adult dogs over 2 years of age, we require Rabies and Bordetella. While Influenza, Distemper, etc are not required at our facility, we do strongly urge clients to keep all of their pups vaccines up to date.
All dogs for doggie daycare must be fully up to date on vaccines. Additionally, the pups must be spayed/neutered to enter group play. If both of these requirements are met, you will need to schedule an evaluation for your pup. The purpose of an evaluation is to see how your dog interacts with other dogs, our staff, a different environment, and how they may do without you present as the pet owner.
Similar to a hotel, we charge an additional fee for pups staying after 4pm. Our Kennel Technicians begin the afternoon/night process at 4pm, so any dog remaining at the time will be receiving an additional night of care until pick up. Additionally, any area that is occupied after 4pm is unable to be booked by another dog for that night.
For your first check in, you will need to provide your pets vaccine records. (you will also need to bring a copy each time that they expire and have been updated). There will be some paperwork for you to fill out so that we can customize your pets’ care to their liking. You will also need to bring their food from home, unless you prefer to pay for additional food to be provided. Belongings are accepted, but pups who do not bring any will be provided bedding/blankets/etc.
You are welcome to bring items from home, however we ask that anything you must be able to fit in a standard sized washing machine/dryer. Many pups will get blankets and toys dirty while playing and/or boarding.
There are many factors that go into grooming pricing. The service requested, the dogs breed, the condition of the dogs coat, and the dogs weight. All of this can range anywhere from $35-$150+ . As a result, it is best if you call or stop by in person for an accurate quote.
